Just upgraded from a Behmor 1600 to Hottop 8828P-2K. Looking for instructions on placement of a BT and ET probe inside the drum. I've historically used an Artisan to monitor an Amprobe TMD-56 thermometer. Haven't even turned on the Hottop yet, so don't know the ins-and-outs of where a probe or two could even be placed, if at all. Thanks very much.

Hi Scott I just updated my HT B-2K to a new upgrade that HT offers called the B-2K+ yesterday. I got the UK-105 kit and it has a new control panel with 4 knobs and both an ET and BT TC. Will try a roast this morning. Much better improvement by the looks over the B-2K by giving you more control. Has a USB port too for up coming software. Their web site has info on it but shows where the 2 TC are placed on the back panel.
