Guatemala Acatenango Gesha

Postby Arpi on Sat Aug 27, 2011 3:49 pm

Hi

I tried this coffee and it looks pretty good. I did and espresso shot (zero day rest) and I got some kind of orange juice notes in the flavor. I'll probably get better after two days. For Guatemalan beans I prefer a 'slow' roast. I did not have to pull out a single bean during culling :)
