I am not big on Kenyans but this is a find. Maybe I am just getting soft in my old age. Great cup, so approachable. Top to bottom, the cup remains true to its character. Loved it.
I did the Gikanda a full 25 sec shorter and the coffee lost a full 4 points; 1:35 vs 2:00. Really surprised me. Live and learn.

I have a bag of the Wanjegi AB and it also needs a full 2:15 to develop the body to go with all the perfumy florals and peach/mango. I still get a nice plum skin acidity. I tried a shorter roast and got a thin lemonade.

What a year all around for Ethiopian coffee it seems. I've had a lot of terrific beans already.
