I love some coffees that have a tea likeness. Mostly coffees with a floral complexity and lighter body. I think Chemex is a brew method that highlights this

Thanks to your tip, Tom, and by circuitous route, I am enjoying a sample of this I roasted August 18 city roast. There is a lot of good flavor in this bean.

And thanks Tom for the words on the guat gesha. I may still try it, but maybe not, now.

For all of you fans of Panama Elida Estate Natural, Klatch has the new crop available http://www.klatchroasting.com/Green_Eli ... li_nat.htm.
Even better, at the moment they have free shipping on orders of $50 or more. No coupon necessary, just get to at least $50 in the cart.

Thanks Barry! I noticed they had roasted beans a few days ago, and checked their site this AM for greens but they weren't available yet.
I'm hoping they're as good as last years. Last year they were available around mid July. Greens seem to be late this year (or early last yr.) :?:

Still waiting for Ethiopian naturals from SM!!!
Tomorrow came sooner than expected.

I don't know when they were harvested, but mrgreenbeans has an Ethiopian natural that I think tastes good, if you like blueberry flavors.

Great, thanks for the info! Didn't want to spend the rest of this month's budget just before they were offered. Already spent some on the Panama Elida Natural.

Super bummed that the Columbia which Tom recommended is now out of stock.... any other recommendations you guys have had luck with lately? Maybe I should contact Mill City and get the focus on the roast beans - people seem to be huge fans of that batch of 5 coffees.

Panama Elida green coffee now available. Also free shipping on "summer orders" of at least $50 - maybe until 09/21??
