I just answered my own question, inferring that it does not contain Robusta, because the website's section on blending states that some people like to modify Monkey Blend by adding in 15% Robusta. Has anyone tried this? Their Classic Italian espresso blend , discontinued in 2008, did contain robusta.
I think I may order some robusta beans to add just out of curiosity. Does the Robusta need to be roasted separately? If so to what level of roast? I'll search the forums . . .
