Cube500 Gas Roaster

Postby chang00 on Mon Jul 11, 2011 11:35 pm

Ok, yet another 500g Taiwanese gas roaster called cube500. The cooling tray and roaster have separate blowers. Dimensions 85cm L x 45cm W x 65cm H. There is a larger version called the cube1200, good for two pounds.

Again, website in traditional Chinese. Pictures are telling, though.

Thanks Henry!
This is incredible. How much of a market for home roasting is there in far Asia (or near... ) that Taiwan can have so many roasting devices!!??
I would understand if they were going worldwide with them, but they never seem to be offered much beyond the region.

Received a reply from the manufacturer. The roaster costs about USD$2300 at today's exchange rate; slightly less than the Mini500. Shipping and customs will have to be arranged by the buyer.
