I posted to the proper board, but doggonit I need the home roasters attention so I'm going to kind of almost sorta cross-post. Here's the real post.

I think this might happen. Henry and I might jump in and facilitate this. It will likely be with my Quest M3 unless they offer exhaust for gas, but I'm quite sure in California, it's illegal to burn propane indoors, as opposed to common natural gas. So likely our options will be restrained to just electric.

Nope. http://energyalmanac.ca.gov/propane/#california What would most likely be illegal is to have the propane tank indoors in a residence or business.
