I've been searching for this out of print book for a while without much luck, pretty much much unobtanium I'm afraid. I recently stumbled upon a couple of years old thread re. this book, apparently there was a way to get a digital copy by way of Instagram. I had no luck with that, was wondering if someone else has found some ways of getting this book.
