Don't.

Not in a blend. Not as an S.O. Do not roast it with a fox. Do not drink it with a lox.

There's been good years, but not recently though. The coffee is shipped through Tanzania, and I've heard the better lots might be relabeled, since they fetch a better price as Tanzania AA than as Burundi AA. I've also heard this about coffee from Congo. No idea if the stories are true.

Had some tasty Burundi from 49th, Counter Culture and Terroir this year. Even one in an espresso blend.

I did not turn crazy, did not even get any potato brew!

I thought I completely butchered a batch of this, I roasted a few months back. It was my least favorite that I can recall of my roasting attempts. I'm less afraid to throw poorly roasted beans in the trash now, and more inclined to just pick some up from Ritual or Four Barrel, Blue Bottle, etc...
Fresh out of the roaster: SM Ethiopian Yirg Grade 1, Compass Ethiopian Sidama
Next batch: Guatemala Geisha...
