I first found the HV pages in '06 and contacted Robert-Jeroen in the Netherlands to ask if I could add a link to his site on my blog. At that time, Jan 07 my post states of the 1300 links in the HV pages, it now is over 2200!!!. A gem of a resource that is still constantly updated. A must have link for ALL things coffee.

As far as CR Atlantic coffee my guess is it's areas on the Atlantic side of the range where growing conditions are different than on the west side of the range. Most likely with different soils, different weather patterns, faster growing(less opportunity for the plant to uptake the things that add to coffee flavors) and possibly elevation.
