Hi,
It seems it could be a good idea to roast pumpkin seeds in a Behmor 1600. Am I wrong ?
Could it be problematic for the roaster ? If not, is anyone have an idea about a profile I could use for those seeds ?

I think I tried this once, I don't remember the details. I do often roast almonds in the large drum and coffee in the small drum.
If you try this, I'd try a 1/4# profile and watch closely.

I roast them in a cast iron skillet on the stove top. Real easy.
