Any way to clear the profile memory on a Hottop B?

I would like to clear the saved memory profiles from my Hottop B can can't find any info on it..

Basically, you can't. But...
Start the roaster as normal, when the "add beans" signal sounds, turn the heat to 100% and the fan to 0%. let it run that way for two or three minutes (I forget if there is a minimum), hit eject, and save that in the profile area you wish to remove. There were some versions where that does not work. If yours is one, you will have to run an extended roast that way, modifying any changes manually, then save that when it auto ejects.
And, yes, it is a bit silly, but I just document them... Don't roast the messenger.
