I made some effort to get the BB rotation back, but my fix was a failure. My only option is to reconfigure the entire BB portion from a spare I have or start from scratch. Eventually I plan to follow the lead of Farmroast and design/build a better system from the same parts. A matching BB and CO were easy to come by, but I won't have the time to tinker for the foreseeable future (probably more than a year).

I will try to dispatch my leftover greens via Craigslist (various SM espresso blends, many pounds of cooperative coffee from Guatemala - in total probably 30# greens). But if any HBers are interested, email or PM me.
