Nice! Congrats Rama! Killing it for 3 years straight! When you opening your roasterie?
Like last year where I finished 2nd in the Closed Brewing category and 6th in Open Brewing I'm pleasantly surprised with where I finished considering the folks entering. As I said before a ton of knowledgeable/accomplished roasters here, so at a minimum it validates that I'm doing something right I suppose. I guess it shows you the Hottop folks can hang pretty well (Rama and I on Hottops and I believe Henry and Hank are roasting on the 800n. Not sure about Cammie?).

Thanks again to Jim and Henry for organizing and the fine folks at SM. Looking forward to it again next year

I love that Rama won the brew category. Since the coffee was a Kenya, and that's his Jam! Would really enjoy hearing about your approach.

Wow, thanks everyone. This is quite an honor.

I really don't have anything to share on my entry that I haven't already discussed for this year or previous years: 2012, 2011.

As I mentioned before, there has been very little conversation post competition. Let's please change that, I really do want to share but don't know what else to add. What questions do you all have?
