Sampling the Versalab

Grinders are one of the keys to exceptional espresso. Discuss them here.

Anyone intersted in sampling the Versalab M3 grinder and the Mazzer Robur side by side can head directly over to Four Barrel Coffee where they have just set up the VersaLab up front to grind single origin coffees to order, pulled on a cute little La Marzocco GS3. About fifteen feet to the rear you will find the Robur and twin custom made La Marzocco four groups humming nicely along.

I totally geeked out and talked to the barista for about a half hour.

I stupidly did not take pictures.
