Finally! Today they announced production is in full swing and if all goes well, shipping will commence sometime in December.

They will be shipping them out in the order the pledges came in on Kickstarter. Sounds fair to me. Looking forward to receiving a Postal tracking number before the holidays.

Today we had a cupping session, talked about the always delaying Rafino. 3 of us backed Rafino, and today was the first time we agreed we may never recive our sieves. The last update sounds great, but they were at this stage already 2 months before. Rafino is a great idea, could be a great product I hope this time they do what they promise.

I'd say that the delays are extremely minor compared to most kickstarters.

This sounds like you had unrealistic expectations for a project to go from concept to company to shippingKurtz wrote:Today we had a cupping session, talked about the always delaying Rafino. 3 of us backed Rafino, and today was the first time we agreed we may never recive our sieves. I backed the Trinity One brewer. So long ago I can't remember the date anymore. The latest update claims it's finally in the States and shipping within a couple weeks.Kurtz wrote:Today we had a cupping session, talked about the always delaying Rafino. 3 of us backed Rafino, and today was the first time we agreed we may never recive our sieves. Patience.

Yikes the lack of specifics and desire to hopefully have a shippig date soon sound really troubling:
Campaign Update - December

Hello,
First, some news on shipping. As mentioned in previous updates, everything was well underway on all fronts. However, we ran into another snag in the manufacturing and assembly of our product. Our journey seems to follow the old adage of "two steps forward, one step back", but we aren't giving up. From the very beginning, we didn't want to fall prey to what so many Kickstarter projects are guilty of - constant delays. However, through this process, we have gained a lot of sympathy for those that are up against these types of challenges. We are also working around the clock and through the busy holiday season to resolve these issues and hope to have more details on an exact shipping date in the near future.
Here's a behind the scenes look at our progress since the last update:
Gift Certificate Template
Speaking of the holidays, we know that some of you have purchased the KRUVE Sifter as a gift, so we are providing a gift certificate template that you can use to let your recipient know the gift is still coming. We made two versions that you can print at home: a simpler low-ink version and a high-ink photo version. You can download the Gift Certificate Templates here.
Again, we appreciate your patience and will continue to be transparent and open as we move ahead.
Cheers,
KRUVE Team
