Can someone tell me or guide me to a list of the sizes of wrenches and allen wrenches needed to disassemble and reassemble the Pharos?
The ones I have don't seem to be quite right and I don't want to strip stuff by using the wrong sizes.
I'm guessing this information should be right in front of me, but.....I can't seem to find it.
Thanks
Susan

The tool sizes for the socket head cap screws aka "allen" are:
6mm
3mm
7/64"
The three main flanged nuts on the bottom are 13mm diameter hex.
The two sided lock nut for the handle is 7/8"...a Bendix brake spanner from the bicycle world fits perfectly.

Susan,
I believe, but I can not confirm as I just ordered my voodoodaddy kit , the 4) 3mm head burr retention bolts have nuts on the inside of the plastic grounds cover. If I had to guess I'd say they're probably 6 or 8mm diameter hex nuts.

The lock nut under the handle seems to be 22mm.
The threads on the main shaft are 1/2"-13, NC.

FYI: 22mm and 7/8" wrench sizes are interchangeable.

Okay, now it's time to shorten the axle and....I'm terrified.
Seems like this is where it could all go terribly wrong....
What did any of you use for this?
Will my Dremel do?

Yes a Dremel with the appropriate cut-off wheel will do. Take masking tape or similar to mark your cut line...go slower rather than faster to keep heat to a minimum and measure 3-times cut once
I have a metal bandsaw I intend to use...if not for that I'd use a soft jawed vise and a hack-saw or a Dremel. The only downside to the Dremel is they're a bit messy.
