Hi Andy.
I have sent them a email already,for this fault.
I have been interested about the automatic tamper, but judging from its weight, I think that it is very expensive.

It is in the grinder,to avoid in metal parts,if there are in the coffee, to descent in the burrs and destroy them.

Maybe it's the NEW Robur??? You can always rev up your frequency drive to match the spec :wink:
If they develop a magnet for stones they should also make it work for wood :mrgreen:

Back to subject - I find it interesting that they are diversifying into accessories? The company history shows some nice grinder designs dating back to the 50's:
