Ive had a preciso for a little over a year and it produced great shots at first. then it didnt, Baratzas famous customer service kicked in, got another one, worked for a while, then the same. the third one acted up over christmas, during one of the few times my wife asked for coffee, I found it beyond unacceptable to have the grinder act up at that time. So I solved the problem the best way i know how. Replace all the plastic with steel and aluminum.

I ordered a Mazzer Mini E, I dont think this will suffer from any of the issues ive had with the baratza. really looking forward to using this and having some dependable repeatable results.
