Mazzer Mini - height confirmation

Can someone confirm the total height of the Mazzer Mini?
is is 17 inches or 17-3/4 inches? I only have 17-1/2 so the difference is important to me.

I would like to get confirmation from someone that actually has the Mini on hand.

It has 47.5cm of total height, from the counter to its top including small hopper and its lid.

Mine appears to be 18.5 inches (~47 cm). I believe there are options for shorter hoppers.

My Mazzer Mini (purchased from 1st line in late 2007) is literally 17.5 inches tall.

I need total height all inclusive fropm bottom to top.
i want to know if it is gonna fit... i only have 17-1/2 inches or 44.5cm.

According to EspressoParts, the final height of the Mazzer Mini with the OEM 2/3rd height hopper is 16.5" and that's consistent with the height reported by Chris' Coffee. For sake of completeness, you could cut the full height hopper down to size or fashion your own. I searched on "hopper" (title only) and found quite a few related threads; see forum search tips for other suggestions.
