A recent thread here concerned the search for a "more affordable" dosing funnel than the stainless steel 58mm dosing funnel.. I had been looking for one, then forgot I was looking for one, so the thread reminded me I was looking for one. I bought it. I found it works as advertised and is a quality item. Well worth the price, and arrived two business days later.

But the Mazzer dosing fork does not support my portafilter hands-free, and is worthless with a bottomless portafilter. So I designed and built this:

Three pieces of Plexiglas and super glue with a few hours of planning and effort.

Mounted to the Kony it does exactly what I wanted:

It holds the portafilter as close to the doser as possible and still allowing the dosing lever to clear the funnel
It allows grinding and dosing hands-free

Works perfectly for those of us with little to no "construction skills"
