I found an LFC 01 tabletop handgrinder at an antique store this weekend. It looks very similar to the spong type handgrinders in this post: Spong Coffee Mills: A Grinder for the 23rd Century

Does anyone have experience with this type of grinder? It appears the handle is stuck, maybe due to rust, which is prohibiting any adjustment of the burrs. Before I try to unstick it (and probably scuff it up a bit) I'd like to confirm the proper mechanics of the grinder.

Got everything unstuck (minor rust), took it apart, and cleaned it up. Check out the burrs on this guy:

Works well, will need to experiment more but the shot was pretty good.
