La Pavoni Zip grinder 3D printed parts

I have a La Pavoni Zip grinder and the rubbers sleeve on the doser handle is long gone.

So, I modeled/designed a new one and this is how it turned out.

That's cool, let us know how it stands up. I have an old zip as well, messy and loud but a good grinder.

What kind of printer did you use? A homebuilt/kit or a commercial model?

Printing parts is quite interesting, and the resolution is getting better every couple of years.

I have the Replicator 2X

I'm making another part that will attach to the bottom of the doser to better direct the fresh grounds into my pf.

Nice! Keep us updated. I'm sure with nicer printers like yours we'll be seeing more printed parts on these forums.
