I have nice a hunk of olive wood waiting in the wings.

coffeekid wrote:Just placed my order for an all custom black-out Monolith Flat (#2460). For those who are curious, the all black setup will run an extra $390 ($890 total for the pre-order), which I didn't entirely expect. But, I was so in love with the black-out model on Instagram last week that I already mentally prepared myself to order it, and didn't want orders to runout as I deliberated.

Priorities: I'll just eat $390 less in food for a few months.

So pumped.
I went through the exakt same thing! Just ordered the all black (#2451) :o

Flats now down to 22
Conicals now down to 11
Conicals down to 10 ;)

Not sure on the wood cap. Denis can surprise me. I also selected the custom wood cap.

I might have gone overboard in preparation for this email. I wrote a custom android app that vibrated my phone constantly as soon as anything with the word Monolith came in.

I also saw that emails were getting delayed sometimes, so I forwarded all monolith emails to me via text... and my custom notifications worked for that as well.

My phone was vibrating like crazy for a while there since the paypal, order confirmations, etc all caused my phone to vibrate.

But it's ok... I got my order in!
Nice, I set up a flow in Microsoft Flow that achieved the same thing. But I actually saw the e-mail one or two minutes before the phone started to buzz.

So psyched, hope it arrives for my birthday in august!

Does anyone know if the deposit is refundable?
Does he have a return policy?
Warranty?

No. Website states it's non-refundable.
Not sure, I would guess no since they are basically all custom.
One year.

He's very responsive though and will definitely help resolve any issues if you had one.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Do you know how many he sells in each batch?

Why do the Conicals sell more quickly than the Flats? Is it the lower price or something else?

...but every kid on the block has a Monolith, so it's only a matter of when....
By the way Monolith conical kinda vaguely reminds me of the R-220 ghost.
