I just received from Denis my testing report for my Monolith Flat.
He tested with Streetlevel (Verve) and Dolce (Vivace). High extraction yields and excellent, consistent, and tasty extractions. Refractometer data also included. A nice report, and certainly a level of QC (and documentation thereof) to which we are generally unaccustomed.
I expect the report on the Conical any time now, and will be visiting Denis on Friday in Seattle, to pick up both grinders.

When my grinder gets finished I will be making the pilgrimage to the Land of Oz, but for now I hide over in Sector R (Kitsap County) where time seems to stand still for everything except my advancing age. I really dislike going across the waters to mix it up with the Seattle traffic; definitely NOT a relaxing adventure.
I would rather drive down the coast to Coos Bay.

Room for a third? I would LOVE to have a chance to see/try them side by side. I'm in Corvallis, never made it down to Coos Bay before!

May have an interest if the date works. Never been to Coos Bay.
