Who has some information about this grinder.
It only is marked with a sticker reading " Clary" and "Made in Italy"

Nothing else is to be found on the machine !

It looks like a rebadge of Fiorenzato T-80.
The "Clary" could be either the name of a caffe or the importer.
BTW how you get this grinder?

Think your right on this one.
I Googled Fiorenzato T80, and it is spot on, thanks !

I bought it this weekend in one bargain with a Rancilio MD50 AT.
I keep the Rancilio and sell this one.
Need some cleaning and a switch repair, but then its fine again.

The Fiorenzato also come as Quamar T80 in Europe, am I right?

Choosing the big daddy, ehh? a Humvee over a Chevy ?
The MD-50 surely is a beast , good choice!
It's the same class to Mazzer Major, I think.
The only weakness, as with other Titan grinder, is its grind retention.

It's hot, sweaty and crowded here in Jakarta
It's a backwater for a coffee lover!

Looks just like my Pietro T80 which I love. Not all that pretty but very functional.

Well I must give the "Fiorenzato" as well as your "Pietro T80", some credit.
These models have the elegance of an Italian sports-car, like the Ferrari Enzo.
Built to please the eye as well as to perform.
I really likes its features, there is smoothness and emotion in the design.


But what ever grinder or gear you use, it is always the hands that make the difference.
When handled with care and kindness, the job you have done will give you satisfaction.
Bottom line, never hide behind material, the best coffee you drink is
the one you share with a friend.

I have a T-80 and it gets a lot of use. A great grinder. Very little grounds retention and the doser sweeps absolutely clean without any mods and the tapered doser exit chute dumps it in the portafilter with very little mess. Only negative for me is it's loud.

HELLO BEAN a HOLICS.

Just started taken the Fiorenzato T80, apart.
It's running now parallel with my MD50 RANCILIO project.

Have to replace the main-switch,
during transport it was on its side to protect the attached tamper.
Helaas the switch didn't liked that to much.



At the operation table.

Saw that the dosers-bottom is clamped to the mainframe by a ring and screw.
Is this the way it is normally attached ?
Post a picture of yours please.

My doser is attached the same way.
