by the way I finally tried my Quito, even with the coffee between the burrs nothing changed in the alignment, I couldn't go finer than a medium grinding, as dialing a finer setting the burrs would touch and rattle badly. Result was messy, half chunks half fines. Definitely not normal alas

You can buy yourself a Lido from Coffeehit.uk - they are still a part of the EU. And I think they will be untill your warranty runs out
