Jason. I was also in the process of getting a La Cimbali Max as my primary grinder. Your dissatisfaction with the CMH is quite intriguing to me. Where would you put the CMH in relation to the K30 and the Baratza. Also what was it that you realised?

As an addendum to the above; what about the Versalab grinder as opposed to the Baratza Vario or K30 Vario? Seems like an interesting matchup. :?:

In my defense I posted that before reading any of the debate in the other thread. But with grinders hitting the market that are equal or better in grind and with the overall state of peoples wallets this is a fair guess.
