Help with Mazzer Mini Timer to On Off Switch mod

I have a Mazzer Mini and would like to switch the timer to an on off switch. Its my understanding that it's possible and this is the switch to do it

but the wiring for the two is different. Has anyone made this conversion and documented it? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I am curious why you would want to do this? The timer is easy enough to use like a switch as it is.
