Help with first grinder

Postby JimM on Sun Mar 07, 2010 10:44 am

I'm getting an Iberital MC2 and I wondered if someone could give me a rough idea of what setting I should be aiming for to get me started, I'm also ordering some of Happy Donkey's classic Italian beans.

If you search CoffeeGeek for the grinder you will find several user reviews that have a fair amount of information about adjusting it.

I have learned hard way that buying a few bucks cheaper grinder is money thrown away.

Can't give advice on Iberital, but make sure that the grinder that you will buy will be adequate for you.
