Thanks again I really appreciate the help and advice. I had a bit of a wobble given the amount of choice out there but have now got on to the guys at HappyDonkey and have an MC2 on it's way! :D

Throwing 38cm into a conversion calculator I came up with 0.001889 furlongs or more importantly to this conversation 14.96"

I have been looking for a grinder that is a reasonable size for my tight kitchen as well and the ones I saw that fit (without modifications and in no order) are:
Baratza Vario 14.50"
Nuova Simonelli MCI Black 12.1"
Ascaso I-Mini 12.2
Pasquini Lux / Vanelis Stepless MiniPro III 13.4"

Keep in mind some of these may only fit by a smidgen so some will need to be moved to refill the hopper

For slight mods (2" or less of trimming of the hopper)
Ascaso I-1 16.25"
Ascaso i-Steel I-1 16.25"
Cunill El Café Tranquilo 16.8"

Disclaimer: all above measurements came from various internet sellers and could be wrong, so double check before you buy :)
