Wow...super attractive design! I like what appears to be a super slick design anti-popcorn hopper design.

Edit: Sorry...went back and read/viewed all the posts. Question: For cleaning the burr set: Remove what appears to be 8 socket head cap screws (aka "Allen" bolts) on the top?
