Remove the following parts from the doser: the sweeper adjustment cap/cover, the c-clip from the shaft, the upper sweeper vane assy., the nylon washer & the exit hole cover plate. Now reassemble installing the nylon washer first so that it goes under the cover plate. Make sure the two tangs on the front of the plate drop into the two slots in the doser body. Also check that the 3 pins in the under side of the upper sweeper assy. are fitted into the 3 holes in the top of the lower sweeper cover. I left the c-clip off mine to speed up future full breakdown cleanings.
