I wanted to either paint or polish my Fiorenzato Grinder. It's easy to get the top assembly apart and to remove the base from the body. Does anyone know how to remove the motor from the body? Is it a pressure fit? I don't see any obvious screws. Thanks.
Looks the same as a SJ the 2 ends of motor are held by press fit bearings....remove the brushes first the use a puller or similar to ease the motor out....BTW why remove motor to paint? Just seal it with tape and plastic and do the body.
The SJ rotor/burr shaft assy. can be removed fairly easily but the body needs to be heated in an oven if you want to remove the field assy. If the T-80 is the same I'd remove the stator & leave the field in place.
