This is my first non-wishlist post, and i wanted to write a quick note about great Elektra customer service. I've been lurking around here for a few months, and back in december picked up a used silvia v2 and a used elektra MSC. This is my first foray in to home espresso, and i'm quite satisfied.
I did not get a manual with the MSC, and I decided i'd like one to ensure that I take good care of it. I emailed Elektra to ask if I could purchase or download a manual, and they promptly replied asking for my mailing address to send me one. No verifying serial numbers, purchase dates or anything. In today's world, this doesn't seem to be typical behavior, and I thought it was worth reporting.
I'm hoping to post my thoughts/review/pictures of the MSC soon, because there doesn't seem to be a lot of info about it. I also want to post a 'newbie experience' with the Silvia, because after too much reading here at HB, I was starting to think that the Silvia would be woefully inadequate, which did not turn out to be the case at all.
