Cunill Tranquilo grind timer adjustment

Postby dyfao on Sun Jan 23, 2011 11:21 pm

hi there all, i've just recently picked up a secondhand cunill tranquilo (i'd say maybe 10 years old) it's working great but i was wondering if anyone can help me out with the automatic grind timer switch
i've read in a few places that you can adjust the grind time

all i need to know is how to go about changing this grind time?

at the moment i would assume it's grinding about 5g of bean, which means 2 pushes on the grind button, and quite a bit of wasted coffee each time
any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks alot

Darren-

Just above the red button is a small hole with a smaller slotted screw recessed into it, You'll need a rather small straight screwdriver; clockwise increases the time. Apparently it is to be adjusted so that two button-pushes doses for a double shot. That's how mine works, anyway.
