I could be wrong, but it looks like a coarse French press grind. Just use taste as a guide. If that's for press and it tastes sour then grind finer once it gets bitter you have gone too far.

That's exactly what my course grind looks like from my Cuisinart . I do love French press coffee. It is just that you have two make three cups at once to do it right, then it is cold so I have to make Vietnamese coffee with the last cup.
