So, I took the burrs apart to clean. Ever since, it doesn't seem to grind as fine, even when set to the max setting. I am thinking I just need to take burrs off and re align them. Any thoughts?

Hello Devin, I have a E37s but I will give it a shot. With the hopper and collar removed you will see the grind adjustment lever and several adjusment holes around the lever. In order to adjust the grinder finer you will need to turn the lever as fine as it will go and then remove the two screws and then move the loose lever to the middle of the grind adjustment setting. Line up the holes to the corresponding holes for the two screws and reinsert the screws and tighten them. You can now reassemble the rest of the grinder and will be grinding finer.
