Burr Size Database?

Does anyone know of a database or list of grinder burrs by size? (And hopefully rotation!)

I'm trying to replace a burr set on a Santos No. 4, and I may have to machine to fit, but something close enough might work. They can be ordered from France with a 3 month wait time and high price...
