Hello guys
Here is the first picture of my new grinder a Bezzera BB105 dated 2001 very nice cosmetically speaking.

The internals needs some TLC and the plastic have some cracks but in general looks pretty solid.
Before cleaning I decided to try it since I purchased it on line.
I did a fast dialing, puts some beans inside started it and after about the half of a double dose it got stuck.
If I tried to start it again the motor sounds like want to spin without success.
I unscrew the upper burr carrier a little and the motor start to spiny again but the grinds where to coarse.
I have no time today to keep with the trails but I would like to know if it an usual behavior for grinder after to be seated for a while with out cleaning first
Thanks

I guess the grinder is in good shape filthy for sure. I found the upper bearing in bad shape, it will be replace as well as the bottom one. A good cleaning and back to work
