Sorry about the problem with the Maestro. From the video, it sounds like a loose electrical connection. Please contact
support@baratza.com and we'll get a replacement on it's way to you ASAP. Alternatively, if you're handy and/or in a hurry, we have great troubleshooting guides at
http://www.baratza.com/troubleshooting.php where you likely could correct the issue in minutes eliminating the need to wait for a replacement grinder to ship to you.
