Has anyone seen one of these yet?

I got an email about a month ago and was sort of intrigued. Crossed my fingers, wired some money, and yesterday opened the box.

I ran about a pound through it figuring out the dose and setting the timer without touching the factory settings and got a succession of picture perfect shots.

Pretty neat. :D

We'll be demo'ing this and the Tonino roast color meter at SCAA Big Central US Coffee Championships Nov 7th -9th here in Minneapolis. Weather permitting, we'll be doing roaster demonstrations outside too.

Interesting, mazzer burrs, low retention, and easier access to the chute opening ? If customer support, parts and price is right this may be a decent alternative to the higher priced european models.

Yes and the other number when not counting down the time is a dose counter. I'm still trying to figure out how to reset it.

I don't know anything about "no brand" Ebay grinders, but neither do I know exactly who the manufacturer is yet. It could be the guys I'm buying from or not.

I'm still just playing around with it, but so far it's pretty cool.

Interesting design, is it made of powder coated steel or plastic?

Unsure of the wisdom of that long grounds chute :?

Speed is reasonable, countdown is admittedly cool.

Powder coated cast aluminum. Good fit and finish. It's actually pretty nice.

No manufacturers name plate? No indicated country of origin? No information available from the retailer/importer who sold you the grinder?
