It needs breaking in.
Mine began with 120 turns for 18gr, the first time I tried it, but quickly went down to 40 - 50 turns.
Now, after about one year it's less than 30 turns for 16gr.

But mine is 45 turns or below when it is non seasoned

Anyway, which type your burr you select?

Mine and my friend is aftermarket tin burr

It took me a while to find one. Just be patient and wherever you go have a look in cooking supply stores. Eventually you'll find them.

Google.. bar whisk or cocktail whisk.

Crate and Barrel has a mini whisk for a couple of bucks. Several restaurant and bar supply stores came up with results as well.

Another place to find these is in the camping isle or camping stores... if you search for a camp whisk you'll find these small items.

That is a slightly different take on a whisk; what is the O.D. of the wire basket part?

I'm not home so I can't measure it, but a bit less than an inch in diameter. It fits the rounded inside curves of the blind tumbler very well.
