The past 6 months I've only created two blends, both knock out winners. Compared head to head with Zoka Paladino, Stumptown Hairbender, Intelligentsia Black Cat, Olympia Big Truck & Batdorf & Bronson Dancing Goat roasts/blends. Les (of Thor Tampers) recently rated shots I pulled him of my Summer Jam blend one his top 5 shots in 2006. And I think my newly created Winter Solstice blend even better! (just now on day 5 rest of first roast)

I did a search of the forums and could not find any hits for "WTC blend"... would any of the more veteran members care to share it with me?

Also, Mike --- would you be willing to share your blends?

Jim's WTC blend (and later modified/mutated WTC) was posted on Sweet Maria's email based chat List. (WTC stands for Way Too Complicated) An individual maintains a searchable archive, simply search WTC!

My SO (not single origin) is calling so will get back to you with my current and previous espresso blends...

Thanks for the pointer to the WTC recipe... although I think some variation of the 1-2-3-4 recipe mentioned in some of the posts sounds more like something I will try.
