As many of you know, I recently upgraded to a Vetrano. After two weeks, I tried the steam for the first time yesterday. Needless to say, wow was I impressed. I did 8oz in less than half the time of my SL 70. Surprisingly I didn't find the stock tip too hard to use despite it's prodigious output, albeit my results weren't perfect yet.
As you may also know from previous posts, I routinely have to make drinks for many people (up to 10 on occasion and typically 5), always lattes. I'm currently using 20oz. pitchers to steam enough milk for two drinks and it got me to wondering how big a pitcher I can get away with, what will the Vetrano boiler keep up with? I know I could do a 40oz pitcher, but what about something bigger?
