What is the actual average during shot pressure versus opv no flow pressure for various shots with stock 41w vibe. I have Silvia no flow set at 9bar? Recent reading leads me to believe 9bar no flow actually too low with actual during shot pressures likely down around 8bar. I'm getting what are to me some quite good shots, just tossed back a quite tasty about 1oz 25sec double ristretto that's lingering on and on as I type this HB session... Yet the other side of my brain wants to know!

The range is ~0.7-1.0 bars depending on your flow rate. 1.25 oz double ristretto will be ~ 0.7 bars. a standard double will be ~ 1.0 bars.

I second Abe's numbers. I added a permanent gage to Silvia and adjusted the pressure to read 9.0 bar with zero flow from the PF and (obviously) all the flow through the OPV. I also installed the Brewtus OPV vice Silvia's standard OPV which makes adjustment very easy.

Brew pressure with a "standard" double (2oz/25 seconds) is 8.2-8.3 Bar.
