I'm glad I wasn't drinking coffee at the time because I would have accidentally spat it all over my computer from the laugh they gave me when they claimed to be the pinnacle of specialty coffee.

I like that they claim nobody is doing what we're doing how many years did they say it took before they realized that charred isn't the only roast level?
