Where I can find the owner's manual and specification for SanRemo grinder (Macinadosatore mod. SR)?

Best I can do so far. Like all San Remo machines, it isn't typical.

You shouldn't need a manual for a grinder. Insert beans, grind, adjust till the coffee doesn't stink and set the dose. You can measure the mills and find replacements.

The company doesn't have enough traction in the market to warrant extensive after-market support just yet, but that only means they are buying most of their components from outside vendors.

How to order spare parts not having the specification?

What parts are you looking for? According to a well-informed source, many of the spares (doser, hopper, fork, etc.) will be the same as for the Fiorenzato Doge T-80. See this page for diagrams and part numbers.

Try again. The Doge is the new Fiorenzato and shares little with the old. There are two Fiorenzato companies as a result of some disagreement over the sale of the company several years ago. Some kind of strange tale, I think, no one knows for sure.

There is very little of these grinders in the US, while the T-80 is everywhere.

Closing sector (doser sheet) at Fiorenzato T80 (T48) another than at SanRemo. :(
