I would be careful mounting electrical components below the drip tray. I recently developed a very slow leak the the water supply connector. If a box was located right below it would've probably gone undetected until it caused an issue.

Just sayin!!

Thank Mitch. I wish I had a grinder, but the renovation killed that budget for now.

I agree with your comment about mounting underneath. The plan is to put a lexan cover on it sealing the box from the top.
