good afternoon. when our reneka viva 1 is warmed up, the temperature of the water delivered to the brew head is only 170F. granted, i'm only measuring with my steaming thermometer, though it's consistent.

i've adjusted the sirai pressurestat to the point the screw is actually loose. any thoughts on how i may increase the brewing temperature?
